The Lost World: Chaos Island

Scenario: BioSyn wanted had hired you, a professional mercenary to infiltrate an island that is unknown to the public and retrieve some InGen technology that is rumored to be left behind in it. the natives however had tales regarding "demons" or "raptors" lurking within it...

You are actually the second one to be hired,the first one is not so fortunate and met his maker there.
The very last thing heard from him are the words: Demonios!! he also was able to send a map with marked sites that he may have found while hiding from these "demons".




The mapping of the hazards are speculated to contain errors, since such an island may contain more of these creatures, But
as you approach the island, you are confident enough that you can handle it, suddenly an explosion was heard, the chopper you're riding was hit by a strong lightning and you're the only survivor...

Now as you make you way into the island you started on in your task, hoping for BioSyn to send some help.

But as things turned out, you find yourself as the hunted, rather as the hunter.

Now, with no way out of the island, you must fend your way through the bloodthirsty carnivores within the premises...

How long can you last...?

INSTALLATION:

BACKUP ALL YOUR FILES!!!

STEP 1. OPEN YOUR JPOG FOLDER AND DELETE TERRAIN FOLDER.

STEP 2. OPEN THE .ZIP FILE OF CHAOS ISLAND AND PLACE ALL FILES INTO YOUR JPOG FOLDER.

STEP 3. SET YOUR SETTINGS OF TERRAIN QUALITY TO MEDIUM TO LOW NEVER HIGH OR YOUR GAME WILL CRASH!!!

STEP 4. PLAY THE NEW MISSION THAT WILL REPLACE THE SAFARI 3 MISSION.

BUGS:

Due to huge amount of objects that are added into the mission, the games performance may vary depending on your system.

When you start your game, the game might crash if you look immediately at your map... wait for about less than a minute before looking into it, so you have to rely on your radar most of the time.

The game might also crash if you quit the mission. just restart the game.

This looks awesome, but I have a question: A large Carno like spino for example, can die instanly by shooting it in the head. Is it possible to weaken the rifle's power or increase the HP of the dinos, so when you shoot it in the head, it will take more than one shot to kill it?

the constant.ini or the units somehow have no control over them, so maybe, I'll release a patch where all of the carnivores have their health boosted up...

BTW, have you played it...? how is it...?

it only crash by the following reasons I mentioned, which I suspect is caused by the huge number of objects I added into the game...

I downloaded it, and I looked at all the files, but that is as far as I got. I don't want to make another copy of all my jpog files. It looks good though. Cute job on the screams. You used my dilo roar I gathered from a show for the raptors in this.

Also, since my game does not have options.ini, I cant do part of it. . .

But good job though You worked very hard on this, and it looks like you did an amazing job, no. . . you DID do an amazing job!!

BTW, have you fixed your options.ini...? if you remove it, and reset your settings in the setup.exe, it will generate a new options.ini, try it...
